Vinaigrette
- clove of garlic crushed
- tbs red wine vinegar
- /2 tsp Dijon mustard
- /4 cup olive oil
- /2 tsp kosher salt
- /4 tsp freshly ground pepper
- In a small bowl, whisk together the vinegar, mustard, garlic, salt and pepper.
- Slowly add the olive oil and whisk until emulsified.
- Taste and adjust seasoning.
