In a large pan, gently heat olive oil. Add garlic slices and cook on low heat until slightly brown. Add chili pepper flakes and the wild arugula. Toss and remove from heat.
Drain the pasta then toss it in with the wild arugula. Season with salt and pepper and serve immediately with freshly grated parmesan.
Notes
When you brown the garlic, be sure not to burn it - otherwise it will taste bitter.
